Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Kovik. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. This is a draft pending legal review and will be finalized before public launch.

What Kovik provides

Kovik turns guided creative briefs into marketplace-ready digital products, with files, mockups, listing copy, a commercial license, and a publish guide. Generation and editing are assisted by AI under your creative direction.

Ownership of what you create

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the products you export and may sell them commercially under the license included in each export. You are responsible for the inputs you provide (briefs and uploads) and for ensuring you have the rights to them.

AI-assisted disclosure

Kovik's products are AI-assisted and ship with an accurate disclosure statement generated from your project's actual steps. You agree to keep that disclosure accurate when listing on marketplaces that require it. We never market or operate Kovik as a way to bypass detection.

Credits, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions include monthly export credits. A credit is spent only on a successful product export; generating, regenerating within a project, and listing copy under fair-use limits do not spend credits. There is no automatic overage — exhausted credits offer an optional one-time top-up. Billing and refunds are handled by our merchant of record (Paddle) in line with its terms and applicable consumer law; for digital downloads you may be asked to waive the withdrawal period at checkout.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kovik to create or sell:

• content infringing third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or the likeness of real people without consent;
• illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content;
• anything that violates a destination marketplace's policies.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts pending review for suspected abuse, with an appeal route.

Disclaimers & liability

Kovik is provided on an as-is basis. We are not affiliated with the marketplaces we help you publish to; their fees and policies change and are your responsibility to follow. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
